Tension Spring SWP-AΦ2.3 Clutch Spring

The tool is smoothly wrapped and processed to prevent scratches and scuff marks.

The material used is "Piano Wire Type A, SWP-A," with a wire diameter of Φ2.3. The shape of the hooks at both ends is "semi-round hooks." The hooks are formed using a multi-forming machine, which includes the hook processing. Since tension springs have the characteristic of concentrating stress (load) at the hook part, the processing tools are smoothly wrapped to prevent scratches and marks. After spring forming, heat treatment (low-temperature annealing) is applied to remove processing strain. The surface treatment is "trivalent chromate + baking." Springs of the same shape have also been successfully made from spring stainless steel wire, SUS304-WPB, SUS316-WPA, and Herculite. Our company handles the manufacturing, design, and prototyping of tension springs. Please feel free to consult us if you have any concerns. Tension Spring SWP-AΦ2.3 Clutch Spring

Spring forming using a multi-forming machine, including hook processing.

The material used is "Piano Wire Type A, SWP-A." Including hook processing, the springs are formed using a multi-forming machine. The hook shape of this spring is a "U hook." It is a representative hook shape alongside the "reverse round hook" and "round hook." Special care is taken in processing the hook part of tension springs. Stress (load) tends to concentrate on the hook part, and even a slight scratch can lead to problems such as breakage or deformation. To prevent the occurrence and outflow of scratches, we perform double checks using tool wrapping and magnifying glasses. The rust prevention treatment consists of trivalent black chromate plating plus hydrogen embrittlement removal. If you have any issues with "springs," please feel free to consult us. Our technical staff will respond carefully. Tsurugaoka Spring Co., Ltd. Technical Contact: Ujiie Phone: 0235-22-0407 FAX: 0235-22-0546 Email: web@tohj.com We also support web conferencing.
